We’ve got you covered with a 10-Year Warranty. No forms to fill in and no need to register — it’s all taken care of.

 

How to keep your warranty valid:

  • Rotate your mattress: give it a turn from head to toe once per week for the first 3 months, then monthly there after. No flipping needed, since it’s single-sided.
  • Use our protector: pair your mattress with one of our mattress protectors from our site. It keeps your mattress fresh and, most importantly, keeps your warranty in place.
  • Keep it clean: just follow the care instructions and you’re good to go.
  • Choose the right base: your mattress needs proper support, so make sure slats are no more than 6cm apart.

 

What’s covered

Year 1: If there’s a proven manufacturing fault, we’ll replace your mattress completely free of charge.

Years 2–10: You simply pay a small percentage of the original price, and we’ll cover the rest.

Here’s the breakdown:

Year 1 Full replacement, refund, or store credit. 
Year 2 You pay 10%, we cover 90%
Year 3 You pay 20%, we cover 80%
Year 4 You pay 30%, we cover 70%
Year 5 You pay 40%, we cover 60%
Year 6 You pay 50%, we cover 50%
Year 7 You pay 60%, we cover 40%
Year 8 You pay 70%, we cover 30%
Year 9 You pay 80%, we cover 20%
Year 10 You pay 90%, we cover 10%

 

And the best part? You can put your warranty credit towards the same mattress, try a different model, or even choose a refund.
